475 Sterling Place condos
Does anyone has any idea when this building will get their certificate of occupancy? We've been waiting since march and no progress in getting this damn certificate to come thru. any ideas on what could the delay would be? I know there was some Keyspan construction going on through sterling place. Has that construction been completed? Also has they fixed the front of the building to make it look more appealing to buyers on the first floor?

I remember that when I last looked at them they said they would have th COO by March. I guess not. Good luck to you. I wish I knew more.
