Bad de-icer on Union and 8th

I was walking down Union on Saturday and wiped out in front of 73 8th Ave because the owner had not shoveled the sidewalk which had turned to solid ice. Of course, being furious, I immediately called 311 and reported them. However, I had neglected to get the exact address, so on the way back up the hill, I walked past again (very gingerly) and noticed that there was now blood on the ice. When I called back to 311 and gave the address, the operator told me "oh yeah, 73 Eighth Ave is definitely already in the system" - she made it sound like something pretty major had happened there. Anyone know the scoop?

P.S. When I walked past on Sunday, the ice had been cleared.
