Subject: What's happening on 7th st (?) and 18th Ave

At around 645 this AM I was trying to grasp on to those last few precious minutes of sleep, when the rap music began blaring. Since my window is near the front of the building, I assumed it was a passing car, but 2 or 3 songs played through before finally stopping. Then it sounded like construction began. Anyone know what's going on and how long it'll be going on for?
