Subject: Pizza toppings at Franny's: I complain because I care.

Okay, I'm a fan of Franny's. Yes, I like their pizza*. I think my favorite is their white clam with chiles, but I like pretty much all of the pizzas on their menu.

Regardless...

Am I the only one who's noticed that their toppings seemingly haven't changed in ages?

Franny's serves small plates and salads featuring the fresh and seasonal. So why aren't those seasonal ingredients on their pizzas, gosh darn it?

Please tell me I'm not insane with this, huh? Am I the only one who's noticed this?

* - NOTE: for the record, the best pizza - clam or otherwise - is without a shadow of a doubt Pepe's in New Haven, CT. Word.
