  • i've been doing the "YOU on a diet" plan, from the book of the same name, by that cute dr. oz guy. the surgeon guy from columbia (and oprah). it's really sane, and really easy. i lost 7, but gained it back because some medication packed it back on. now i'm down around 5. hoping to make that 5 more by thanksgiving.

    i was always hungry on WW. always.
  • I find myself hungry sometimes on WW but not always. Either way it works. I was 174# on June 2. I'm now 154# and this including a 2 week vacation in July!!! Hunger feelings sometimes could really be thirst. Try drinking water next time you are hungry.
