Hi all. Thanks for your comments about the new site thus far and all of your patience in helping us eliminate problem issues and build in things to be more helpful.

I have a couple of questions for any of you that would like to help make the new site easier to use. All feedback is appreciated (really! ).

1) Some of you have mentioned that they are having a hard time getting on the site, logging in. Is it a case of forgotten password or is the log-in area at the top actually not working for some people?

I will look into making login more of a longer-term thing, but with some site improvements (and hosting company maintenance/re-boots) there are occasionally times when people need to log back in to post.

2) Some have also mentioned they are having trouble posting. Is it the new text editor? Can you mention specifics about what problems are happening, or what specific things about it people do and don't like?

(Mouse/Hover over to see QUOTE EDIT etc? The way the QUOTE or EDIT works after you click on them? The ridiculous amounts of extra line breaks?)

Also, would people prefer to ditch this new visual editor (with the bold etc. formatting buttons) and have it be just plain text as before, but maybe with format code buttons and a post preview?

3) Missing features: Color, preview page etc. Totally agree those are needed, they are on the list. Anything else missing?

4) Any other comments?

Once again, specific feedback is most appreciated but all feedback is welcome.

We're doing our best to help make this new, more secure and stable site also be more easy to use with your feedback and ideas.

Hi everyone-it was 70 here yesterday and 27 today when I got up...my son is not coming on Thursday-bad weather expected (snow) and he's 3 hours away..and Tina & Scott have the flu today...so the holiday might have to be postponed until Friday...Justin was sick over the weekend too...keeping my fingers crossed-Jessica & I will be okay...if I don't come back on I want to wish every one a very Happy Thanksgiving with family & friends...talk to u soon........

Once you put your mouse on a post you'll see all the bottom stuff.

Put your mouse over the "POSTED 10 MIN AGO" (or whatever) at bottom left and you will see the timestamp appear in a second or so.

The initial setting was just to say the "POSTED (whatever) MIN AGO" and we added the timestamp there when you mouse over it to be more helpful.

But yeah, any and all comments about that, too are welcome.
