Thanks for the good wishes on our tests. Today's was not quite as good but not a big deal either. The PT/INR test showed my Blood thinner then they want it so I just have to cut down some on the Coumadin and go back a week from Monday for another test.

Anna, I remember well shopping for a place for my Daughter's reception. It all worked out well and I am sure your search will too. :thumright:

Hello All,

I tried several times but I finally got Anthony on the phone this AM. He is having a rough time with several of his illnesses. They will not do his eye work until the other Doctors get his blood work etc: to proper levels. I wished him the best and told him that several people here on the blog had been asking for him and I got permission to call and see how he was doing. He says hello to all! 8)

Having fun in florida but eating toooooo much. Ralphh and Rosa cook too much...

I saw Cousin Donnie's daughters last night and granddaughter.

If anyone does not know who Donnie is....He is in my profile photo to the left at the reunion. He passed away right after the first reunion. I will try and post photos. Patsy maybe u remember the girls from when the were little I don't. Sheila Joy was their or is their Mom.

Sheila Joy was a wonderful woman she was cheated on her short life. I can't tell from the pics who are Sheilas daughters.

Sheila & Donnie were a picture perfect couple two beautiful people.

I had the pleasure to see Sheila's Mom Betty very often in her last days with us another proud Lady.

Hey Patsy, Some very nice people moved to Florida, especially my wife. As for me, well that is debateable. We have freinds we grew up with in the slope living right around the corner from us here in Sun City Center. Another family that grew up with us live about 1 1/4 hours north of here. We all went to the 12th Street Church and have great memories of our times there. On the west coast of Florida there are a great many people from the Mid-West. Of course we do have a fairly large amount from New England including NY & NJ. The Southeast Coast of Florida is loaded with ex-New Yorkers. That is where my Sister & Brother in Law lived until their demise in the last couple of years. One of the draws for us to the West Coast of Florida was the fact that I had two brothers living just North of here. Now they and there spouses are both gone. Remember the book "Last Of The Mohigans"? Well that is how I feel sonetimes only it is last of the family in my generation. :compress:

Patsy, The way I have heard you complain about the heat and praise the cold, you could only take it down here from the middle of November through the middle of February. Where I am we do get MANY winter temps in January WITHOUT SNOW! But from about April 15 to about November 1 you are looking at close to 90 degrees almost every day. You would have to be a "Snow Bird" and have 2 homes. One up North and one in Florida. :scratch:

Terry, it's been awhile but the lovely lady with the blonde hair standing to your right next to you would be my thought but she also looks like Babara Sheila's sister

& Shiela's grand daughter is next to her Mother this I did not forget those lovely long legs. (LOL)

It's good to have memories, all the Ladies in this picture look like their doing well. God bless them

I haven't been on in ages. No excuses - just been busy. Hope all is well with everyone. I read back a few pages and Terry glad to hear that Tracie and Aria are ok, minus some bad bruising. Stupid kid - probably looking at his phone instead of the road. Thank God for miracles.
