Dry Cleaners on Underhill

Is it me, or is the guy at the drycleaners on Underhill kind of a biyatch? They put a hole in a shirt yesterday and lost the belt of a $300 Betsy Johnson dress (i figured it out once I got home and pulled off the plastic) and when i brought it back this morning to get at least a refund, he refused and pointed at the "not responsible for lost items" clause at the bottom of every ticket.

I've always felt that they weren't as careful and didn't clean as well as the place at Park and Vandy, but now I know -- they are bad -- and they don't care.

Other people have bad experiences there?
What's the best dry cleaners this side of Flatbush?
