Hi,We have a potential conflict with our landlord over the issue of lead paint. Anyone have a tenant's rights landlord that they know personally, have used and can vouch for?

A good tenant lawyer and friend, Arthur Rhine has retired but Marty Silverman has taken over the practice. Arthur was always watching out for the little guy, his rates were always fair. I hear Marty is just as good or for that matter anybody in their office. His number is 212 219 2100.
