Need a lovely 1 BR for March 1st?

Hey all,

So here's what's up:

I am having to break my lease as I have been laid off and can't afford the rent through the end of my lease. (I'm getting a roommate and we are getting a 2 BR.) My management company says that, since I am breaking the lease, I will only get my security deposit back IF someone is living in the apartment on March 1.

The apartment is in Ditmas Park, on 18th ave, and is really nice. It's on the second floor of the building and was renovated less than 2 years ago. The living room is roughly 11x 9 and the bedroom is about 12x10, maybe larger. In the bedroom, one entire wall is a closet. Plus there is a coat closet and a linen closet in the hall. There is a full bathroom, full kitchen, tho it isn't eat-in. The super is very nice, and the area is safe and convenient: it's off the B/Q and F trains, plus the B8 runs right outside. Great natural light, screens on the window, all that jazz.

***update*** I confirmed with the management co and rent will be $1125 per month

Listen you , the "I'm freakin' awesome " was added at the end of that list as a joke , or else it would have been at the top.

Let's retrace the steps:

You said you were freakin' awesome. I responded by saying you were merely a good person, and am against grade inflation.

You then scared me. I then agreed you are freakin' awesome.

Others claimed you were not "awesome", but something below awesome.
To wit:

I then pointed out that their assessments of you matched mine, and that I did not fear you enough to defend your claim of being "Freakin' awesome".

Because I am still afraid of you, I continue to believe you are freakin awesome. ...but I was not aware of my obligation to convince others of it as well.

They weren't trying to down grade my awesomeness or say that I am below it.

Nah , after they made their statements you said you were not scared enough to feel you must defend me , meaning that you're saying that Ana and Mama were only defending me bcuz they are scared.

If someone says that they are awesome you don't say to them "hey , you're not awesome you're below that.

I only call two kinds of people "Awesome":

I define people who are "Shiznit" and "bees knees" to be below "awesome".

I would say that I am awesome, but:

She doesn't seem to like it when you say is awesome only because you are afraid of her.
