Faros Stinks!

Up until today, I would have recommended Faros as I use their delivery most of the time when I want a breakfast that I can rely on. But today's order and the last one has made me think very differently!

It took more than 10 mins. for my order to be taken, they kept putting the phone down. I gave them my order, repeated it twice and what was delivered wasn't it. I called back and they left the phone on the counter without picking it up too speak to me. All I heard was background sounds. Busy? Ok, but help me so I can get my food, you can make it right and tend to your other customers. But nope.

When I called again and finally got someone, she said that 'next time...' I asked, next time what? I have food allergies and I cannot eat what they sent over.

There was a sign in their window that says something like, "We're not Park Slope" or that they're better than Park Slope. Nope, you're not Park Slope! That's a stretch fellas! A real stretch!
