I had them show me a few apartments that were complete lies compared to the listings. "First floor" meant renovated basement. "Hardwood floors" meant a 10x10 of parque in the middle of the living room. Bedrooms with no closets. The price and location would've have been the only reason to take any of the places they showed, but it would have been a miserable apartment to live in.
