Tire repair?

One of my tires just got a fairly large screw embedded in the tread. Not leaking air, but not a good thing. Any recommendations on nearby places for plug/patch?

  • plenty of places along 4th ave, I've used one on the corner of 11th st. They only take a minute, price seems to vary but less than $10.
  • there's a place on atlantic ave just east of washington, pros hts side of the street
  • There is a tire repair shop on Classon Ave tween Atlantic and Pacific and on Pacific tween Franklin and Classon right after the car wash exit.
  • There's a place on the SE corner of Washington and Dean. I had a great experience with a tire repair there a year or so ago, and it was very inexpensive.
  • Thanks everyone. Just FYI, went to the guys at the SE corner of Washington and Dean. Very quick, friendly, $7.

I went there too. They were amazing. Like an Indy 500 pit crew. I had my kids all packed for a summer vacation in the Adirondacks and saw a bubble in my rear tire. I went to that place and I didn't even have to take the kids out of their car seats. Vacation was delayed by 20 minutes only.
