Hello, I'm Sven and I run a small moving company based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (SvenMoving.com). I've been running the business for few years now, while I pursue standup comedy and writing in the Big Apple. I and my crew have done hundreds of moves. We have blankets, dollies, plastic wrap and lots of experience.

We don't rip people off on prices or with last minute increases, which, unfortunately, is common in the moving industry. We move fast and carefully and have rates that are lower than most. We want you to call us every time you need moving help, not just once. Repeat business and referrals are our bread and butter.

This is discount moving, so we don't pack your things in boxes. You pack, and we show up and carry all your things to the truck, wrap delicate furniture in blankets and maneuver couches up and down stairs. Depending on the size of your move (from a single couch you bought on Craigslist to an entire apartment), we have a box-trucks or a large van available. We also do interstate moves to places like Chicago, Boston, Washington D.C., Philly, Toronto, Pittsburgh....).

Note: Please be as accurate as possible. While I understand that it is sometimes hard to estimate before you pack, underestimating dramatically could be a problem, and could also require an adjustment to the price quoted.
