I found a young bird outside my building a little while ago, it looks like a hawk or falcon of some sort. Hooked beak, light brown belly, some orange feathers with black spots on them. White feathers with black spots under his wings. Anyone know who to contact for help? I'm worried it's a young bird that fell from a nest under my roof, his belly is totally soaked from the rain.
