We are a working couple whose jobs entail late hours and frequent travel; our two younger boys are now 9 and 15; and our live-in nanny of 15 years is retiring at the end of the summer. The person we seek is responsible, loving, reliable and nurturing; an intellectually curious college graduate who likes to teach, mentor and model good behaviors; has excellent judgment and decision-making skills; can juggle multiple responsibilities, manage a household, drive and cook well; has substantial relevant experience; is a US citizen or legal resident with a broad world view; and is flexible and of good cheer, for this position is both fun (great vacation time, living arrangements and travel opportunities; a light daytime load) and serious work (nighttime, early morning and occasional weekend coverage when needed is a must).
