Monaco saved my behind on Tuesday morning. I overslept because my alarm didn't go off. Monaco's call to tell me that the car was outside woke me up, and the dispatcher very kindly had the car wait 10 minutes while I dashed around the apartment. I really appreciated that.

The driver got me to JFK in time for me to get my flight (without driving like a completely maniac).

I felt like I needed to share this because I used to be a devotee of Evelyn, until Monday night when, after being on hold for five minutes (!), I could not schedule an early-Tuesday airport trip for reasons I could not understand (literally, I could not understand what the guy was saying). That's too bad, because I liked Evelyn until this happened.
