Greetings all.

Sorry if I'm putting this in the wrong place. I'm sure someone will let me know if there's a more appropriate place to submit...

I am looking to buy soon, maybe sunset park, maybe gowanus - can't afford the slope.

Anyone know anything about the condos going up on 3rd Ave & 9th st?
