Based on some other threads (e.g., http://www.brooklynian.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2151), I went to Victor at One Stop recently: 466 Court St between 3rd Pl and 4th Pl. He did a great job on standard suit alterations (hemming sleeves, taking in pants and jacket, etc.). Ran me $99, had it done in a week. Highly recommended.

Teo at Bridge Cleaners on Livingston. It's a little bit of a walk but I am willing to travel to him for everything I have. Bridge Cleaners has also become totally environmentally responsible, using green solvents, and bio-degradable bags, but will customize for every customer.
Teo is the man!

Thanks, I'll check them out.
