Boxes?
Was wondering if there were any Fresh Direct customers out there who regularly need to get rid of their boxes. I’ll be moving in late December and am just starting to begin hoarding boxes. (A mover told me that Fresh Direct boxes are particularly good for packing stuff.)
Anyway, if anyone in the vicinity has good, clean boxes to get rid of regularly between now and mid-December, I’d love to take them. (I can come pick them up at your convenience.)
Thanks, all…

That is one determined cat, to post this question. But he's right: boxes are fun!

As my move approaches, my desperation increases.
Anyone out there have decent boxes they're trying to get rid of? Or do you know of any local businesses that might be kind and give me some?
(I check Craigslist daily, but I'm not seeing any available free boxes within walking distance. And, yes, I am a cat.) -
Check craigslist, under the "free" section. People are always giving away their moving boxes and packaging. Also, check local hardware stores or Lighting stores. As inventory comes in they toss out the boxes. You can probably ask them and find out what day they dump their boxes and if you can come by to pick them up.

Thanks Mamacita. There's a hardware store close by that I dislike intensely, but maybe I can set my feelings aside and check with them.

Try liquor stores. Go in and talk to an employee. You might be able to get them to hold some boxes for you or tell you when the best time to stop by is.
Also, go out on recycling night for your area. You'll surely find some boxes near home that way. -
check most grocery stores and supermarkets they have to get rid of them boxes all the time.
