Optimum Online really sucks

I pay $50 per month for internet and get @#$%^
have slow speeds for past few months, called many times and finally
my modem was changed, new line run from my house.........and problem is still not resolved because (as I was informed by field technicians) Optimum attaches too many clients to one cable. I'm trying to get some kind of credit but they are not very helpfull of giving credits, but they are masters in giving all kind of excuses.

All unsattisfied customers should write NYC Dept of Consummer Affairs and/or NYS Attorney General and let them know about the problem[/b]
