Dry Cleaning

I've been a Caree customer for years, but lately I haven't been too impressed with them. They didn't do a thorough job patching up a winter coat, and didn't get stains out of two garments (the first of which I brought to a dry cleaner in my hometown, who got it out completely). I think I'm up for trying someone else in the neighborhood...anyone got a a good recommendation? I know there are a lot of dry-cleaning threads out there, but I haven't seen one in a while, at least for Prospect Heights.
