Weird National Grid Bills

well it been more than a year that these bozos started billing monthly instead of every other month.

Problem is - they don't use a standard 30 day billing period.

Last month was a 24 day billing period.

My duplex apartment with automatic central air/heat used only 10 therms.

August was a 23 day billing period and we used about the same # of therms.

Anyone else tracking this and think it's weird?
