I have a 2 br apt and i'm looking for a roommate. 4th floor rent stabilized building with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, dishwasher, elevator, doorman, laundry in building, a/c in rooms, living room, dining room. Smack dab in the middle of kensington / ditmas park, right off cortelyou, vox pop is on the corner. Hardwood floors throughout, great fire escape, beautiful brooklyn sunsets.
