IBEC Building Corporation
Anyone have any experience with this management company? They own and operate a number of affordable housing rental buildings in the area. Are they good landlords? Any insight?

I've been using extraordinary heights properties to manage my properties.... They do a fantastic job

IBEC is my landlord and they're fine. The super is nice but a little flighty. I've never had a problem with IBEC but not exactly wowed by their service either. I think they're kind of lazy- no laundry in basement, backyard overgrown and unavailable to tenants, roof access denied... all things that could make a better building. But overall they're fine... not crooks.
