In the spirit of transparency I will tell you that I live on the block. It's a really private little cul-de-sac of 8 houses. Beautiful street, great neighbors, kids out playing, cocktails on the lawn, kind of place. Love the schools, almost a mile from the train, but my wife has no problem commuting everyday. She likes it much better than when she rode the F train from Carrol Gardens everyday.
