Tree Branch Breaker
There is a guy who has been damaging trees--tearing off large limbs--in Crown Heights. People in the neighborhood have been calling the police, etc. and so far no response. Check out this link for the discussion: http://www.brooklynian.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=56979. It appears that he is also at work in Prospect Heights. There are branches torn off of several trees on Plaza Street East between Vanderbilt and Flatbush and on Butler Place between Plaza and Sterling. If you see this guy in action, please call the police.
