Hello! I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Crown Heights. The apartment is on Franklin Ave at Park Pl, just a few blocks from the 2/3 and 4/5 trains. It's on the second floor of a two story building, with private rooftop access and room in the entryway to store a bicycle. The room that's available is large with a double closet and enough room for a bed, dresser, desk, bookshelves, with room to spare.

The rent is $1050/month plus bills. I need somebody that can sign a 1-year lease with me starting July 1. I'm a 28 year-old female who works manages the website and social media for a nonprofit. I go out a lot in the evenings, but enjoy a few nights at home on the couch watching TV as well. I'm very laid back and easy going. I know ton of the neighbors around here, it's a really great community.
