Fios coming to PH - update

Just saw an official FIOS letter in my buildings foyer.
Fios is asking the owner of the building to upgrade the wiring to prepare for the rollout at no cost.
This is not an new building so would expect to see plenty more in the area.

The letter says in bold "this work will be done at no expense to you" referring to the owner of the building.

Probably also worth mentioning that my building only has 8 units so a pretty easy install.
