Italian Heritage Tour of Woodlawn

In partnership with the Uguaglianza Northeast Bronx Lodge #83 (Sons of Italy), Woodlawn is pleased to present a walking tour celebrating some of New York’s most famous and prominent Italians, including Fiorello LaGuardia, Congressman Vito Marcantonio, The Piccirilli Brothers (famous sculptors who carved some of the most significant marble sculptures in the U.S., including the Lincoln Memorial), and Order Sons of Italy in America founder Dr. Vincenzo Sellaro.

Tours are $10 per person, $5 for seniors and students, and children under 6 are FREE. Tour groups meet at the Jerome Avenue entrance (near Bainbridge Avenue, across the street from the last stop on the #4 train), The Woodlawn Cemetery, Webster Avenue and E. 233rd St., Bronx, NY 10470.
