Adorable Boxer mix looking for forever home

Beautiful, sweet Jake was on the euth list at the Manhattan AC&C when I stepped in and offered to foster him.

He's such a doll, it’s hard to know where to start! This 1.5 year old, really handsome dog still has the irresistible, wide-eyed innocence of a puppy, but with all the good manners of a grown up boy.

A tan and white Boxer mix, with an adorable overbite and stunning amber eyes, Jake is very sweet tempered, very delicate in his manners, and a totally good boy when he’s in the house. Yet, leave him loose in a yard with a tennis ball, and you’ll see all his lovely puppy energy immediately come to the surface. This guy sure knows how to chase a ball!

He is housetrained, walks very well on a leash (except when a squirrel is involved!) and loves everybody.

Jake is looking for a good home, preferably with a yard, so he can perfect his bouncing and ball-chasing skills. A doggie brother or sister could also be a plus for him, as he loves to play and be silly.
