Do they track the population growth of Gentrifiers?
No, so far I've only found maps like the one below that breaks it down by race.
....they'd have to make a map that showed the increase in young, educated, middle income people of ALL races to really depict how much a region has been inhabited by gentrifiers or hipsters.
