Hello and Happy New Year!

About Beginner Group Run Fitness: Get in shape without breaking the bank - small group training means you get personal attention and you pay less for it. Not to mention you'll have the support of your fellow group members. You will love this program. It really is for beginners - we will walk, jog and run and by the end of 8 weeks, we'll be making it all the way around Prospect Park - you will feel great!

About me: This is my fifth year working as a NASM certified personal trainer. As a runner and athlete, I have run one marathon, a sprint triathlon, a handful of 5 to 10ks and tons of miles just for fun. I love teaching people about exercise and about their bodies.
