The Noodle Bowl
Try out one of 3rd Ward’s new cooking classes! In this one-day workshop, we will consider types of noodles, broth, the ingredients that top the creation and the many possibilities there-in - all from a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health. Come and learn to create a variety of dipping sauces as well as homemade carrot-daikon pickles, sesame-flavored seaweed, seared porkbelly, egg omlette, sauteed bok choy, gomasio and whatever your hearts desire! 3rd Ward is an arts and design center located in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
