THAI YOGA BODYWORK (Nuad Bo-Rarn) is an ancient healing art with origins in Ayurvedic yoga, Chinese medicine and Buddhist meditation. It combines passive stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, soft tissue manipulation and energy meridian work to reduce stress and create balance throughout the body. Thai yoga is performed in comfortable clothing, barefoot, on a floor mat and is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities. Better than a massage and more gentle than yoga, you can increase your range of motion and muscular strength, release constricted organs and muscles, and reduce stress and chronic pain while laying on your back!?

Force and Flow is a Brooklyn studio offering a holistic approach to health and fitness that includes massage and health consultation services. Force and Flow runs classes and workshops in small group settings for practices like yoga, Pilates and prenatal yoga as well as other mind-body-spirit modalities. Additionally, the studio can arrange personal training for overall fitness, chronic pain, alignment issues, weight loss and injury prevention.
