Does anyone know of a good barber around washington avenue? looking to spend around $12-$15. Thanks!

There's a small, unlabeled barber shop right next to Love Liquors (Washington & St. Johns), on the Crown Heights side. Very inexpensive (I think its $12-$14 for shave and a haircut). Been going there for years, very nice elderly guy.
