Our candlelit classes allow you to let go of your day and turn inward for this enriching practice we look forward to sharing with you.

MONDAYS @ 8pm feature Therapeutic Hatha Yoga w/Buffie Gilbert. Buffie shares her nurturing energy and comprehensive knowledge of anatomy through yoga and massage training, helping bring healing to all bodies, including those with injuries. This is a slower paced, therapeutic practice.

TUESDAYS @ 8PM feature Ayurvedic based Hatha Vinyasa & Meditation taught by Kristin Mirabelle. Yoga sequences composed to balance and strengthen YOUR mind, body,and consciousness. We work through a flowing practice, releasing toxins and tuning into the energy body. We go further inward, exploring the mystery of the mind,body,soul in this class.
