Thoughts on 40 Clarkson Ave between Flatbush and Bedford?

Hey all, I'm considering an apartment at 40 Clarkson Ave between Flatbush and Bedford. Does anyone live in this building or nearby? I really like the apartment itself but I'd love to hear from people in the building or the block about their experience in general.

Has anyone had any problems with bed bugs in this building or nearby?

What's the noise level like?

Do you like living there?

I cant comment on living there. I did look at a lovely apartment in that building but didnt go for it because I found another deal on Bedford to the north.

Normally before even visiting an apartment I would check out the bedbug registry and the HPD website.
