Need handyman to help fix broken window

We have a broken window in our kitchen--no broken glass, but the window has come out of its frame and we can't get it to line up correctly. So it's open. And it's cold.

Looking for someone who can help us Monday after 7PM or Tuesday before 12PM or after 5PM. Franklin Av. & St. John's.

We can pay a bit or work out a trade.
