Please beware of DAVID SEATTS. He has gotten me as well. I am a business owner in Brooklyn and I paid David to finish the construction of my business so that I could expand. I paid him a portion of the money up front. He began the renovation in November he told me it would be done in 2 - 3 weeks we are now 12 weeks later and he still hasn't finished I have since hired someone else to finish.

To top it off he even tried to get me to invest in a make-believe pizza business. After my incident with him I went on the internet and found all this information about people who have pending litigation against him. He has done this so many times and I was none the wiser because I had done business with him before and it went well. So I didn't suspect anything this time. But WOW was I so disappointed when I have been given the run around and am now out of a considerable amount of money. If anyone ever hears anyone about to do business with him please advise them otherwise. They will be disappointed and out of a lot of money.
