ASPCA Arrests Nicole Dennis for starving Dora, her Shi Tzu
When Humane Law Enforcement Agents with the ASPCA first came to Dennis’ home, they found Dora “severely neglected” and nearly skeletal at just 6.55 pounds. They rushed her the ASPCA’s Bergh Memorial Animal Hospital, put her on IV fluids, and shaved her, because her coat had painful and excessive matting.
