Bushwick Ave/Piling St. Condos
Hello everyone! I just signed a lease on a condo at this location. It's close to the L at Bushwick Ave/Aberdeen or the J at Chauncy. These are brand new looking condos and from what I've seen the tenants look like all hipsters (of course) and young professionals. We are two white girls in our early twenties and I want to make sure this is a safe area. I know that the trendy-ness is moving down the L line. I remember when Bedford Avenue was the (slightly affordable) "it" stop and now that's become Morgan Ave and the Dekalb stop. Hopefully within the next 5-10 years Bushwick Ave will be a safe (maybe even a great) place to live. I could careless about the cool factor- but I do want to make sure I'm not getting raped or robbed on my way home. Let me know what ya'll think.
Thanks for your help.
