PS9 Voting results for Tonight's primary
I just inspected the voting machines at PS9. I didn't bother to count Yvette's victory over Sylvia Kinard, since it was more than 3 to 1. I think Turner won the majority of Republicans who cast votes- all SEVEN of them, compared to about 337 votes in the Democratic primary. That's a 48-1 ratio of Dems to GOPs.
And in the one corner of the district in the new 8th congressional district, Hakeem Jeffries got 37 votes versus 5 for Charles Barron and one write-in.
