Experienced pet sitter, with references available, to handle pet care while you are away, be it 1 day or 1 month. Mostly cat sitting references, but have a few dog care sits as well.

I have cats of my own and have experience with:

- diabetic cats: providing insulin shots

- taking care of other medicine (pills, thyroid gel, subcutaneous liquids)

- non-social cats or those who are markedly anti-social.

I charge by the visit, but of course can vary my rates for multiple visits in one day / long-term cat sitting needs. $15 per visit visits include feeding, petting, playing, cleaning litter pan and surrounding area; I do not feed the cat and dash out the door, and always provide text or email updates to the owner. With dogs, will take a long walk and play and have a nice chat with the dog.

I'll also:

- Water plants

- Bring in the mail, packages and newspaper

- Accept dry cleaning deliveries, etc.

I live in the Prospect Heights area, near most subway lines, so am happy to travel reasonable distances (e.g., Upper East Side, Sunset Park, probably not Inwood). Please feel free to contact me with any further questions and for references.
