Verizon FIOS update - Carroll Gardens?

Anyone know if/when they're getting to Carroll Gardens? Supposedly they were working on Cobble Hill last year, and word is they did a new building on Luquer Street. Are they planning the rest of Carroll Gardens?

I recall reading recently (probably last year) that Verizon has halted any further plans to extend FIOS in NYC.

Brand new luxury apartment buildings where just one owner (the developer) arranges for the line in and all units in the whole building are done all in one shot may continue to be the ongoing exception.
