Survey for Greenpoint residents! Choices in Childbirth

Hi neighbors,

I am a graduate student in a certified nurse-midwifery program through Frontier Nursing University and currently work as a registered nurse here in NYC. As part of a market research class, I'm collecting information about the perception of midwives and birth centers in our community. I live in Greenpoint/Wiliamsburg and would really value an opportunity to get feedback from community members about perceptions of midwifery and childbirth.
