We are a small network of folks who meet to share knowledge, ideas and a passion for making fermented foods such as kafir, kombucha, beer, wine, bread starters, cheese, cured meats, miso, tempeh, kimchee and pickles. Out first meet-up is this coming Sunday (yep on Oscar nights).
