Just wanted to pass along the latest from the Walgreens reps on the status of the site:

According to Hien at Walgreens, the application to build has been approved and a contractor, Nevcon Contracting, from Mount Vernon, NY, has been selected. He estimates that construction will begin later this week or early next week as they are still awaiting a few insurance permits, etc. They have indicated that signs to alert the owners of the cars that they will need to relocate their cars will go up well in advance of construction.
