Get the whole family moving outside with FAB's Fitness Classes in the Putnam Triangle Plaza (Fulton Street and Grand) for FREE! Enjoy Free outdoor dance classes, yoga sessions, meditative walking and aerobics at the Putnam Triangle Plaza in Clinton Hill, May - July, 2013.

Wednesdays at 6:30pm

Energetic classes led by instructors from Mark Morris Dance Center and Cumbe. Join the fun for for African dance and movement, Jazz/Hip-Hop, Salsa and Zumba. Beginners welcome.

Sundays

Come out for "Meditative Strolling" in the morning or "Soul Aerobics" in the early evening, led by instructors who teach classes at 966 Fulton. Great for all ages, including seniors.

Saturdays and Mondays

Enjoy Yoga every other Saturday morning. Plus early morning yoga one Monday each month at Fowler Square (Fulton Street and Lafayette)
