A co-worker swears by C & C Beauty? located off 16th Street

on Fifth Avenue a few doors down from the .99 cent store.

He tells me they are very clean and nice. You can also get a massage too. He's a particular kind of guy and he goes every week He also says prices aren't bad, but I have nothing to offer in that dept.
